ARLike a Delayed Coker in a real refinery:
Heavy Oil + Steam ===> Naptha + Diesel + Light Oil + Medium Oil + Coal + Sour Water
Also, a Hyrocracker should be great as well:
Heavy/Light Oil + Hyrogen + Steam ===> Fuel Gas + Naptha + Diesel + Sour Water -

Jeffrey Allan OliverI agree these would both be good to use the heavy oil and include a vacuum distillation tower to the cokers ( see Suncor Oilsands for example)
