Modular/Variable Size Vehicle Ramp

Right now, the vehicle ramp is a fixed size. It would be nice if the length and width were variable, and if the under pass could support height +1 in addition to grade level. Functionally, it would behave like transports in placement: a first click to start, drag to set length, Q/E to adjust the +1 height, and a second click to anchor it.

Material cost could be T1 or T2 construction parts + concrete blocks.

Awesome idea, exactly what is needed. Hope it get implemented. As for cost, cp1 + concrete blocks or just cp1.

You could also build the terrain up and dig down to get extra height but I'm in favor
