Ability to pause/unpause multiple buildings at once

If planning out a section of the factory for later building, it would be useful to be able to use a drag-select tool to pause or unpause the building of a section containing multiple items to be built, rather than having to individually click on each pipe section, conveyor segment, building, etc.

Likewise, for critical manpower shortages and their later resolution it would be useful to be able to drag-select a group of existing buildings to set them all to paused or unpaused status for being worked.

Maybe just some hotkey will do? For example, clicking on buildings holding ctrl switching their state between pause and unpause. Also shift may be used for boost same way.

Since this is already in and pretty awesome, I would like to add an option to it. Maybe set the selection to only pause or only unpause (maybe by a sub selection or holding ctrl or alt or something to alter the default behavior). I've gotten in situations where a bunch of mixed paused/unpaused stuff is all together and i have to go in an select every belt section and building to get it to the desired state because half just keeps toggling on or off.
