Empty factory/smelter contents button

When switching from one product to another raw materials can get stuck inside. It would be nice to have an "empty contents" button similar to what pipes already have to get rid of raw materials inside of maintenance sheds. blast furnaces, factories.

Or at least, to be able to say "haul the scrap/copper sheet/iron sheet out of this building", rather than simply deleting the contents. It'd allow fixing the issue of having the last load of scrap being split between two furnaces for the rest of the game.

Yes, had today this issue, where my Construction Parts MK2 assembler was full of T1 Parts and i was in desperate need of them. Had to deconstruct them...
