Show all reasons for a building not being able to be built.

For example you have a farm, it can be on uneven ground that is also rocky. It will only say it cannot be built because some of the ground is not farmable. It would be good to see all reasons a structure cannot be built at any given spot. The ports and seawater pumps would probably also benefit from this.
