Load game is paused

When you load the game it starts paused. I sometimes afk load or alt tab load and having the game paused on load automatically would be great.

Yes, it should be paused. I load the game while building a large smetling factory. Everything was not done yet and some truck began to build things which i had to destroy anyway.
