Buildmode Pause

While trying out new layouts for different productions, i always play in Gamepause so the trucks wont build something that i am not sure yet.

It would be nice to have a "buildpause" for example activated like the demolish tool, with that tool selected, everything you place is in a status that trucks don´t build. (Could be shown in a different blue than the standart). If the player like what he has build, he uses a different tool, like the existing "production pause" so he can choose wich buildings / Belts should be build.

THis option would let the player choose if gametime is running or not. It would improve gameplay because waiting time can be used.
