Clone tool copies transports

Currently the clone tool (pipette) does not copy belts/pipes. It should.
If needed there could be a toggle with ctrl or shift to switch between the current behavior and the new copy-everything behavior.

This is already going to be added, the devs just haven't yet because they're still coding it. Very complex to copy all the different possible orientations of pipes, belts, ect.
