Multi select buildings to toggle common settings (especially build pause, but also recipes, etc)

When I do planning mode, it's a real hassle to later enable them one by one. We should be able to select all of them by dragging a reticle, or shift click individually, then a ui would show all the "common" settings available for them, so we could pause/unpause (construction) them at the same time. It may be made smart in a way that depending on what buildings you select, it will show all the "shared" settings, so if you only select the same type of industry buildings, recipes could be set for them, etc.
