Employers as a factor of stable or unstable production

I had that idea if i read the general chat on discord. Glidercat was talking about to have a down or upgrade of machines at gamestart via seed. But i think it will take out the realism of this game, because every machine working good as the other if the maintenance is good.
The factor that will make a good or bad production is the employer.
So, what if the employer in CoI will become a character? Every employer will become some stats like intelligence, sickness, addictions, marital status or interests. For example: Your employer is a gamer and is playing all night, that one maybe wont that productive as someone who will sleep early and work and live like a machine. But on the other hand, the gamer maybe has a better out of the box thinking and will bring a great solution to your factory that the machine guy will never thinking about. So every of that stats will give good and bad points to the production. I have a million thoughts about that, but only 1000 letters free for this text. :D
