Option to disable outposts full notifications.

It just clutters the view, I don't really care that my oil outpost is full after a certain point in the game.

I'd rather like to have notification if cargo ship idling waiting for materials as there are not enough on map.

I like the suggestion that we have a dialog that has all the notifications (or notification categories) on a dialog where we can decide what notifications to display or hide.
