By creating a Dike to close off a part of the sea/water body to later pump it dry and claim it as buildable land.

Yandersen MergedI think implementation of that would require water physics. But the idea itself sounds lovely.

ThomasLand reclamation from the sea and some way to be able to reclaim mined land would be great. Just spent four days letting mining operations level a level of land only to find out that I can't farm on it.
Having said that, great game! Looking forward to more refinments. -

Anthony (ITF1)@Thomas I do believe you can farm if the top level is soil (AKA Dirt).

Mick PyroPut some compost on it, it should work. (I have not tested that yet.)

Athan MergedIt would be nice to be able to dump liquids in a pit or mine with pollution etc. and pump it out afterwards or to bury them which make the pit overflow and keep pollution for much longer time.

SpaceBalls Mergedso know this could change how the water mechanics work in this game But say you section a area of sea water of you should be able to use a Pump to train out the see from the manmade pit you built.
also say you make a mistake and some much needed land gets flooded again a drainage pump could be the rescue -
