Control dumping outside of mine areas

In some cases, it would be nice to forbid dumping outside of specific areas. For example, if I want to dump rock and slag, but save all my dirt, I must have a mine area around all my dump zones. It would be nice to forbid dirt everywhere except for mine zones where it's specifically enabled.

Yeah, some UI panel where u can change default dumping materials, default priority settings and so on.

I think having separate Dumping Towers would be a better way of doing this.
And remove the Dumping options from the Mining Towers.

On second thought, I think I like both your suggestion and mine. Maybe both suggestions would work at the same time.
