Make ghost buildings more ghostly (not block vehicles)
Planning mode is good in that it keeps things paused, but its functionality is moot if it actually places an entity that blocks transport. Making the entity "real" only when it receives its first materials would address this issue.

RandyThe planning mode is excellent for long complicated production chains. It allows you to move everything around (especially with the cut and copy features) until you like the placement. But much of this functionality is compromised in larger builds due to vehicles not being able to get to portions of the plan when building. I think it is feasible to put portions of the plan into production, allowing them to be built and then moving on to the next portion. Currently, we have to use unity to build the unreachable portions because you cannot travel through a plan.
