New research: Combined Gas cycle

For late game, please add a new research item "Combined Gas Cycle" and add a new building, Gas Turbine, with 3d based on Steam Turbine with different color texture, and a new recipe for Gas boilers .

The new item, Gas Turbine, in input accept any gas derivative like actual gas boiler, in output mechanical power of 1MW (?) and hot waste gases

The new recipe for gas boiler: use hot gases for generating hi-steam and normal gas waste as the other gas recipes

So can increase the overall perfomance for converting gas to electric power like the modern combined cycle power plants
