Move starting dock

I like making the shorelines even, but the starting dock kind of makes it hard. So being able to make another/move it, would be nice, even if its a later tier thing.

Just to clarify, I'm not talking about moving it in the beginning. I'm talking about a mid game option (red construction), to move the starting dock, so it fits with the shoreline you have created.

I think it is something I should be able to place at the beginning where I want. Like in the Anno game where you start on the ship, and select where to place the dock and the starting population areas.
