You can unluck it with exploration or trade. It could be a building like chicken farrm instead with a big garden. Same basics with chicken farm. But instead you get Wool (Fiber) , Milk (cheese or yogurt) and meat of course if you slaughter them.
Meat - Slow population growth rate but more meat.
Wool - Clothing for people. Households for settlements (Carpets, curtains etc) And may be some other use at the other industrial areas. I have no idea where tho
Milk - Can be consume as food or can be used as meterial for food. Like cheese (cheddar or white cheese.) Yogurt.
