Underground Pipes.

Please make it an option to move pipes underground (Via Q and E). Much like City: Skylines where you just hit PG UP/PG DN.

This doesn't need to be a feature unlocked by the lab, just an overall feature of the game.

I prefer the way Factorio does it. An entry and exit pipe with an underground distance determined by the Tier.
