All fertilizer should be upgradeable to Fertilizer II

Currently the game has bio fertilizer and normal fertilizer. Normal fertilizer can be upgraded. The bio one can’t.
Since Farms don’t allow truck import, we only have one pipe for fertilizer distribution, and having two different fertilizers is a problem. If both fertilizers could be turned into Fertilizer II, the problems around distribution would be solved, while still allowing for the useful options around the creation of biological fertilizer.

As an alternative, maybe more ports for farms - not just extra inputs for different types of fertilizer, but also some more output loose ports, with some crops preference to certain port to avoid mixing?
For example, 1 flat and 3 loose ports. Fruits and veggies go to flat port 1, potato, corn and canola can share loose port2, sugarcane, wheat, beans and poppey - port3, and maybe port 4 for biowaste, hay or compost output, for example?

Also, regarding fertilizer I vs fertilizer II. Maybe buff fertility% per unit for tier 2, cuz I find it extremely unefficient to go over 100%, so I see no point in going into v2 since it is just more expensive but has same %.
