When you’re ready to launch rockets, I would prefer mu population to live better than the pinnacle of soviet architecture. Maybe glass high rises? Let them share in the island’s technical prowess.

With solar panels on roof maybe, with -50% electricity consumption bonus and solar panels building requirement? And household appliances as a requirement for unity bonus (like h-goods for t3). Sounds interesting and fresh - like it! :)
