Click and Drag reorder of Resources

I would like to click and drag the order of resources in the pinned resources tab as a quality of life change that makes it easier to organize the resources together. Currently pinning them requires you to unpin everything to re-order your resources.

Just as the title suggests. It's quite hard to know where things are, for example construction packs arranged would be amazing. Thanks!

extra point for allowing us to add a "spacer line" so I can neatly separate groups of items for easier navigation in large lists.
