Build Your Own Offshore Oil Rigs

I would love to be able to build oil rigs. Allowing you to design your own layouts, consisting of different parts and connecting pipes, just like the other factories you build on your island. Obviously, the oil rig would be offshore, either near your island or in a different sea-only instance that loads when you explore the map.

addition of a scientific discovery on the construction of an oil rig and improvement of a boat that can transport oil (2 to 3 level of boat which would be always more imposing and can contain more and more oil) with of course offshore oil field
