Add an option for Mega Trucks to avoid picking unreachable jobs

It would allow me to run some mega trucks unassigned and stick to the jobs they can do rather than get stuck with unreachable destination.
Then the small trucks can fill the jobs that megas can't do.

Yes please do this!!! I keep running into this issue! Now I need to rewire a huge section that I'd rather just have my smaller trucks deal with instead of my megas getting taken out of commission!

An interface similar to the Alerts would be nice:
ONLY Mega
Prefer Mega
NO Mega
