Canals, Drydocks and Locks Oh My!

Add the ability to dynamically construct accessible inland waterways for use as dry docks, locks and even a canal system for ships.

This would require two main entities be added:

A door entity which can be connected to retaining walls and be opened or closed to blocks or allow water passage

A pump entity which can attempt to change the water level of an area that is cut off from the main ocean. This could double as a way to make fresh water ponds if there's ever a reason to.

Both of these could be available in multiple tiers for size and speed respectively.

To give them a purpose as a true shipyard type drydock I would make certain actions require a ship be out of the water, such a bridge upgrades.

Ideally a ship coming in from the sea to a dock behind a lock could use some pathfinding to make it through, triggering the doors and water level changes as needed. Would obviously also was an automatic/manual mode setting to allow players to prevent this behavior as desired.
