Reassign cargo ship to a different dock

It would be nice to have the option to reassign a cargo ship to a different dock. I built out a dock and bought a ship, but plans change and i now need that ship for something else. Currently the only way to do this is to deconstruct the cargo dock.

Solution: place a checkbox in the cargo dock UI "Unassign Ship". Selecting the checkbox would prevent all cargo ships from docking at that particular dock, and stays in effect until the user deselects the checkbox.

Better to make pause button do that instead of extra ui element. Or have priority settings affect that.
