Set Mining Focus (e.g. Coal, Ore etc.) at Mine Control Tower

Set every Single Excavators is a little Bit tedious.
Shift Mining Focus from single Excavators to Mine Control Towers and/or add Button at Mine Control Towers. Like "What can be dumped here" -> "Focus for Excavators" or similar

I would like this !
Not removing the option from each excavator, but being able to push a preference to all assigned at once, then if needed, changing the preference for some of them.
