The ability to upgrade pipes/conveyors in planning mode.

So I've had it a few times where I'm laying out my design, and realize I need a larger pipe or faster conveyor belt for what I'm doing (or decided to expand mid-way), it would be awesome if in planned mode there was an option to instantly upgrade (or downgrade) your pipes/conveyors, as far as I can tell now you have to delete the blueprint and replace it at the higher tier (tried the upgrade tool on a blueprint, didn't work). This is especially annoying when the pipe/conveyor has to travel a long distance to replace. (also, love the game and can't wait for the next update, thanks!)
