Logic states on buildings and transports
In the stream there's often a request for logic gates, however nobody seems to be able to make a good case for it. Neither are existing suggestions good enough for CoL, so I'm making a new suggestion:
Optional logic states within existing transports and buildings
Transports: As with alerts, an option to turn on a transport function that pauses the connected source(s), if the transport is stopped (cannot deliver to destination), until the transport is (through dropdown menu) <75%|<50%|<25%|empty.
Buildings:
1) An option to unpause the building if the global storage is less than a chosen number
2) An option to unpause the building if the connected storage is (through dropdown menu) <75%|<50%|<25%|empty.
