give the vehicles collision so the vehicles dont go thro one another and add parking spots for them when they become idle so there out of the way also we cant build anything on them they need to be moved hence the parking spots p.s. instead of us building a prebuilt parking lot all he have to make the parking lot work is a zooning tool like the mining towers or just a invisible block that we just plop down and it only visible in the build mode

Vehicle collision is likely to get annoying in close quarters like a pit mine. Also, it's possible they could deadlock. FWIW I think of the lack of vehicle collision in this game as a feature, not a bug.
