Breeder Reactor Storages

Add a form of storage for the various fuels/waste for the breeder reactor. Large strings of pipes sort of work, but they don't fill to capacity. Without a storage, the system requires a lot of micro management when burning through the initial stockpile of accumulates waste (spent fuel/MOX).
Since the fuels/waste are salts, the storage could be a variation of the thermal salt storage. It could even have an input requirement (electricity or steam) to maintain the salts so they don't solidify.
