Clickable 'Not enough fuel to refuel a vehicle'

It would be convenient to see which vehicle there isn't enough fuel for.
NB. This alert seems to come up when there is a vehicle that is not reachable. Perhaps there should be a separate alert 'Fuel transport cannot reach vehicle to refuel' for this.
