Forester towers manage trucks

Forestry towers should have the ability to assign trucks to them, and when assigning tree harvesters they should have any truck assignments removed. That way it works like mining towers where you have a flexible pool of trucks which go to whatever harvester needs on, which will let you use less trucks per harvester.

I hadn't really thought about this, but I see your point. However, I think it just adds character that it's different. I would argue the Forestry Towers should be replaced by a vehicle called Mobile Forestry Tower, that had a fixed action radius within which forestry operations could be automated.
