Construction team building

I'd love to have one building, called "construction crew", which is always in charge of building and demolishing stuff. It should have truck assigned and a storage for 'construction part'.

Similar to how Gas station works, that would allow to set up few of them (even temporary) around construction area, so truck will be there fast.

And, similar to mine control tower, if they have an area of operation (optional would be better), that would limit the truck going on the other side of the world

Extra: i found very frustrating I have to wait for a truck to dismantle a pipe i just need to reroute.

Basically the same building as it's in Timberborn
