Let crops add some fertility if they die

If crops die due to a lack of water, let them re-add a bit of the fertility they used to grow to the farm. Maybe 50% of the fertility used? Since the crops aren't harvested it makes sense that some of the nutrients go back into the soil as the dead crops likely are tilled back into the ground.
