Please optimize the vehicle's pathfinding function

Vehicles should prioritize searching for paved roads, such as brick or concrete roads, when seeking directions.
We also need to add the setting of driving on the left or right side.

On long trips I would also like to see vehicles recalculate their trip at least once when half way through, more for longer trips. I've made changes to equipment or mining and suddenly trucks/equipment are running half way across the map only to realize they're good to go now so they drive all the way back... Half way there, or more for longer trips, the truck should have recalced its path and turned back sooner...
