List of build / upgrade projects

It would be really handy to get a list of all on-going build projects or upgrades and the ability to jump to it. Preferably with resources needed / already delivered, and options to pause and cancel them.

Even better would be to be able to prioritize some of them in a more controlled way than just one high priority level, to be able better allocate resource usage during builds updates.

Motivation for this is that it can be hard to keep track of projects, and sometimes there might be one tiny piece of pipe / conveyor not yet built, and you are wondering, why the whole thing wouldn't work, as the tiny things can be overlooked quite easily.

Otherwise: phantastic game, absolutely love it!
