Assign trucks to only take tasks within a defined area.

I want to be able to draw a boundary around a particular supply chain or group of buildings and assign trucks to serve that area.

A good way to do this would be a "logistics office" building that operates like a mining tower with its internal advanced network. Anything covered by its area would be handled by trucks assigned to that building. Ideally, it would have a "only assigned trucks" checkbox, so we have the option to either ONLY allow the trucks assigned to it to do the jobs, or simply have some trucks always on hand to do jobs for it.

Additionally, being able to define parking spots for trucks assigned to a building would be nice.

Yes. I think one of the roller coaster games let you assign workers to an area. This would be a very good feature.
Trucks should not be able to move from one side of a very large map to the other. Especially when there are already trucks sitting doing nothing, right next to where you need them to work.
