Move the worning notification messages, they are blocking the maintance info

Please move the maintance info I II III or the working messages they are blocking the maintance progress bar, i know i can close them but they keep on coming back again.

You can click on the 'orange' bell on the upper right of the screen to hide them completely. Which is not obvious.

I do agree that the message area is needs to be fixed.
I think there should be a dialog (which displays the messages) with a vertical slider bar to scroll through the messages, and a visible 'Minimize' button on the bottom of the dialog to hide them.
The messages should never be on the top of other dialog windows.
