Mass Change of priority

Allow to Change the priority for buildings en Mass, e.g. using a drag tool to Mark all desired buildings.
The priorities to Change include General priority (worker,ls, electrociry,...), production priority (e.g. Generators), buildings priority, import priority and Export priority.

Currently those prioritites have to be Set each by each for each single buildings, a very tedious work
