An office to manage trucks

An office to be able to send trucks en masse for recycling or exchange them for their upgraded version, with orders, for example, using paper and adding ink to create those orders.
To do this, add a scrapyard that allows recycling and a workshop that allows upgrading. Although I say sending them for mass recycling or upgrading, I don't mean they can be recycled/upgraded one by one at a time. With orders from an office, they can be selected in bulk. This would be a quality of life, but not just a matter of clicking a button.
For the office, as I said, contracts or signed documents could be created that use paper and ink, and maybe something else. For the workshops and scrapyards could being added separatly or just use the vehicles depo for spare parts or upgrade parts, or require high maintenance.
