Add Advanced Logistics to Settlement Buildings

Currently you have to add storage to a settlement building (e.g. Waste) if you have Advanced Routing setup which is a waste of space. Add Advanced Logistics to settement buildings and the storage is not required.

Yes, please, and to the shipyard as well, so that it’s available as a dedicated exporter. It’s a pain trying to empty the shipyard sometimes.
