Allow Unload of Processing Structures
There may be occasions, for production reasons, that it would be nice to unload material from a processing structure. An early example would be if you are using two blast furnaces to recycle the initial building, it's possible to "waste" the last of the material when the last 9 units are divided between two blast furnaces. In later production cycles, if you are in a stall situation, it can be useful to be able to order a truck to remove material from one processing plant to consolidate it into another.

YandersenDefinitely very useful feature, mostly needed for entities able to run different recipes. Like maintenance, as another example. When switching from impure copper and iron to steel and copper I always want to get rid of leftovers. Deconstructing the entire entity to force the emptying seems like an odd way to empty the storage. I think just a button in the UI called "clear storage" is a solution universal enough.
