Resource Overlay Deposits Numerical Value

When having resource overlays on having the ability to hover over whatever and tell you how much is left not just visually. Good examples of this would be groundwater and oil where you can only see an area where you can remove but you don't how much there unless you have a building on that area. It would just make life a bit simpler when want to get that information, could be researched as well being called like surveyors or something. Just tier-one(below construction II) research if so.
