hide planned buildings outline in F11 mode

currently when in the F11 mode you can see planned constructions as blue outlines, as this mode is for taking nice screenshots it would be nice if that was hidden

Slightly related, but still: for paused construction, instead of icon over the paused ghost, just make ghost have orange color instead of blue. Cuz cloud of icons clutter the view making it hard to see small elements like pipe segments and connectors.
