Quick acces to toggle navigation overlay

Hello, I always have to catch a truck to toggle the navigation overlay when i want to plan my compact building. Please add the navigation overlay toggle to the quick access on the lower left of the screen. And also that its a real toggle that stay when building. Because for now it disappear as soon as i start building and I may mess my placement.
