Toggle Direction Option for Warehouses

Wondering if we could make the warehouses toggle input and output directions like with the pipes and conveyers. I will often build a separate warehouse to collect some stock that is pulling off of my production line. It would be nice to toggle the direction of the warehouse to feed the production line instead of pulling from it when needed.

I most often do this by accident, setting up a Unit Storage or Fluid Storage, or sometimes Loose Storage, the wrong way around.

The most "realistic-feeling" solution would be to give tier-1 and tier-2 Storages a "Flip" button that starts a process that takes some time and cost 7.5% to 12.5% of their material cost, to switch around inputs and outputs.

I don't think it should be free or instant to do, nor do I think it's suitable for the much larger tier-3 and 4 Storages.

Either a direction toggle as suggested here, or direction of connections controlled by the belt feeding them (for tanks and warehouses - loose storage models would look funny if reversed).
