Fix for underground pipes

When selecting objects for their subsequent deletion or copying, all objects are selected, including underground pipes, which is quite inconvenient and can lead to damage or removal of underground pipes. Make it possible to select only objects that are located above the ground for further copying, cutting or deletion.

I prefer that Real underground pipes were added. Same as how they work in Factorio.
