Total demand and supply tracker

Have a stat tracker that calculates total demand and supply island wide for a good, that doesn’t take into account machines that are off, construction usage, machines that are missing input goods etc. right now we basically have to count how much iron plates are in demand in each assembler to get an accurate count, since some could be in-operational due to full storage/missing inputs
