Specific objectives for maps and quest maker

I reviewed the map editor and like it.
I made a own map with a interesting place that looks like an calcified castle. I want to add objectives for the player, to dig into this region and retrieve something. Like a quest or goal maker with several parameter, that can define something the player placed on map as quest object. Some functions I thought of, if object mined/destroyed do (weather effect/activate next quest/ show specified message) and these functions can be added all together.
