Mute Game When Window Is Not Focused

Many modern games have a setting for this to mute the game when the window is not in focus. I enjoy the games music but I only want to hear it while I am playing the game. I often tab out of the game and the audio continues the play in the background while the game is not focused, which is annoying enough for me to just disable the music entirely.
